I had to return a set, it went smoothly. It took a few days to get a reply, because apparently time is just a suggestion, but once they got back to me, the refund went through without any drama. Overall, painless

They’re okay for the price, but I was expecting a little better. The coilovers fit my car without any issues and the ride is decent, but one of the adjusters was stiff right out of the box. Packaging looked like it had been tossed around too, so it felt like they weren’t handled with much care. Not the worst purchase, but definitely not amazing either. I’d say they’re fine if you just want something budget-friendly and aren’t expecting high-end quality.

They had some of the coilovers in stock, but a few were missing, which was kind of frustrating. What annoyed me even more were the constant reminders, they felt a bit too aggressive and started getting on my nerves.

After that, placing the order was simple and I felt a lot better about what I was buying. It’s nice dealing with support that actually knows the parts instead of just reading from a script.
